Highlights of the Ogden School District Board of Education regular session meeting.
The students of the month were announced and celebrated:
Lillyaunna Schaeffer - Ben Lomond High School
Alex Villicana Bedolla - George Washington High School
Maykelis Sanchez Amaro - Ogden High School
Darien Vasquez - OTECH High School
Crivene Niles - Post High School
Students state champion Ogden High girls soccer team were recognized for winning the title.
Polk Elementary teacher Angela Hall was recognized for receiving the AVID Global Achievement Nomination
Board members got hands on with Ben Lomond High School ceramics teacher Logan Iverson who taught them some basics of sculpting while showing off some of the incredible artwork created by our students.
Student Board of Education representative Adrian Villezcas from Ben Lomond High school delivered a presentation about the winter activities at the school.
