Highlights of the Ogden School District Board of Education regular session meeting.
The students of the month were announced and celebrated:
Max Doss - Ben Lomond High School
Nicole Gomes Mejias - George Washington High School
Cienna Cesena - Ogden High School
Leilani Cazarez - OTECH High School
Damian Maldonado Favela - Post High School (not pictured)
Ben Lomond High School student Brooklyn Richey was recognized for her selection to the Girls Academic All-State team
Students from the state champion Ogden High march band were recognized for winning their 5th straight title.
Ogden High teacher Lucille Brizzee was celebrated for being named the Utah Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Teacher of the Year
Student Board of Education representative Aleksah Mendez from Ogden High school delivered a presentation about the winter activities at the school.
The Policy and Law Committee recommended revisions to the following policies:

7.700 Phased Retirement
8.1.100 Student Education Occupation Plan Process
9.1.103 School Entrance Requirements
11.100 Data Governance
